Kincaide began in 1995 as a family roofing business in Metro Detroit, and it is still family owned and operated today. They photograph every step, from the old roof and the bare decking to each problem found and the finished work, so you see what we see before we go further.
The rest are habits we don’t skip. Boards protect your brick, windows and landscaping. The yard and driveway are cleaned every day, not just at the end. A dumpster is included.
